2. Accounts and access

Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account, including access granted to subsidiaries and users within their organization.

3. Customer data

Customers retain ownership of the employee and company data they submit to GiraffeHR. GiraffeHR will process that data only as necessary to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse GiraffeHR, including attempting to access data belonging to other customers, interfering with the operation of the service, or using the platform in a way that violates applicable law.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep GiraffeHR available and reliable, but the service may be modified, updated, or occasionally unavailable for maintenance or other operational reasons.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement for GiraffeHR as set out in the applicable order form or contract. Upon termination, we will handle customer data in accordance with our data retention and deletion practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiraffeHR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
